We primarily provide on-site service so your equipment can be repaired and maintained with minimal disruption to your practice. For more extensive repairs, we may recommend off-site service, but we always work to keep downtime as low as possible.

High-traffic practices may require more frequent cleanings to prevent buildup and maintain optimal performance. No, you don’t need to clear your schedule. We offer a loaner refractor service, meaning we bring in our own equipment for you to use while yours is being cleaned. This allows you to continue seeing patients without interruption while we take care of your exam lane.
